With 279 pistes covering 650km, the Portes du Soleil offers unrivalled skiing to suit all abilities. Mont Chéry Village is located at an altitude of 1450 metres at the foot of the Chéry Nord chair lift, offering immediate access to the slopes of Les Gets which connect to Morzine, Avoriaz and the rest of the Portes du Soleil circuit. In addition, the Village offers a chauffeured ski safari service allowing skiers to explore a number of other exciting skiing areas all within 20-30 minutes by car. The snow record for the area is one of the best in the Alps.

Other winter pursuits include cross-country skiing (235 km of trails), husky sledging, snowboarding, heli-skiing, ice skating, paragliding, and snow shoe trails.
